They currently own LHA Investor Relations, with a primary office in New York and their teams located nationwide. The acquisition of irlabs is a pivotal step in this expansion. Alliance has an ambitious strategy to build a leading global IR firm, and Caroline and Alyssa will be leading this global strategy as President and COO, respectively.
